Negroni Sbagliato, the so-called ‘wrong’ Negroni is an aperitif said to be created in the famous The famous Bar Basso of Milan in the sixties and generally called ‘wrong’!
It’s different from the classic bitter Negroni due to the presence of Vidici Prosecco, which replaces the spirit and the drink becomes lighter on the palette because of the lower alcohol content.
Pour the following over ice:
- 1/3 Vidici Prosecco
- 1/3 Vermouth Rosso
- 1/3 Campari
- Garnish with orange peel
- Optional dash of Angostura bitters
