This take on the flavours of the classic English Bakewell Tart is a must for a hot summer day, just make sure your Vidici Prosecco is well chilled before your make one!
RECIPE
Place a Kirsch soaked cherry along with one part Kirsch brandy in the bottom of a glass.
Top with one part Amaretto Disaronno and three parts chilled Vidici Prosecco.
Garnish with a cherry on a cocktail stick.
